This can be a sensitive subject- telling someone they’re wearing too much makeup. It really depends on what is considered “too much” makeup. I wear a full face every day- this is how I am comfortable. Others may be okay with just a little blush, mascara, and lip gloss.
Too much makeup can be caked on foundation, spider lashes, shiny disco ball eyes, and bleeding lipstick.

I would tell someone I’m comfortable with if they were wearing too much makeup. I wouldn’t be negative about it but instead, give them tips on how to avoid wearing too much.
