CoverGirl Clean Whipped Creme Foundation really is as weightless and breathable as it claims. it is comfortable to wear on the skin but it is very streaky to apply. I recommend skipping a foundation and/or buffing brush and using your fingers for a streak-free finish.

The foundation was created with oily, dry, and combination skin in mind. CoverGirl whipped combines silicone mattifiers with hydrated emulsions that reduces the appearance of dry skin and shine with it’s matte finish.

It is non-comedogenic, non-acnegenic, suitable for sensitive skin and won’t clog pores.
