I love these Flamed Out Pencils! They’re cool to the touch, creamy, and easy to apply.
You can use these as a base, too. Once the Flamed Out Pencil dries, it doesn’t budge. Apply directly to eye with the Pencil or use an angled brush to get your desired effect. I prefer to use an angled brush, especially if I’m wearing it as eyeliner. I mix Red-Hot Flame with a black liner for a really deep burgundy effect, which happens to be all the rave this Fall!
