MY 2 CENTS
Eeeeeks… I’m kind of on the fence about Covergirl TruMagic Luminizer. The texture is weird, greasy-like. There’s a shit-ton of glitter in it (excuse my language!). It can be used over or under makeup but it only looks decent over foundation, when it’s dabbed on with a makeup sponge. It dries down to a powder finish and lasts most of the day. If you’re not careful with this, it’s easy to look like a glitter bomb exploded on your face.

The good news is the glitter isn’t chunky. The bad news is that it takes the right type of skin tone to wear this. I feel like it would suit medium and tanned skin best. Fair skinned girls – steer clear. This is way too yellow for you.

For the most part, The Luminizer is a highlighter I would just skip over. It’s too high maintenance to work with for my tastes
