Lip Blush – $450
A semi-permanent lip tattoo created by tattooing a sheer wash of colour on to your lips. The healed results are incredibly natural and will not look like lipstick. A very soft and subtle outline of your lips is created and then blended and shaded inwards with a pigment that best suits your skin colouring and desired look. Lip Blush is a way to enhance your natural lip colour and give the illusion of fuller, fresher, healthier lips. This service is performed by a PhiArtist trained in semi-permanent makeup. Touch Ups not included
