Velvet Gel Waterproof Lip Liner, $11.95 CDN
These lip liners correspond with the 5 new Rouge Xpression lipsticks. It’s a gel formula which means they apply beautifully to the lips – not tugging, pulling, dragging of the lip line. They glide on smooth and have a really good color payoff, too. These are waterproof and water resistant. I’m going to love using these during wedding season!
