I got my hands on these shadows at Spark Sessions back in November. They’re a new, whipped formula with finishes ranging from matte to shimmer and available in 14 shades.
The texture is like foam. Think of Maybelline Bouncy blushes. The Shadow Softies will mold to your fingers and brushes but won’t really bounce back. They’re not really creamy but not powdery, either. I can’t really explain it other than “foam”
Shadow Softies don’t have an intense color pay off but are buildable and they blend easily. They’re great for subtle, every day looks. I do suggest using a primer for a longer lasting wear-time and a crease-free finish.
