Covergirl released this 2-in-1 brow powder and eyeliner for Spring 2015.
The powder comes housed in an ink-well like a liquid liner with the powder inside. The wand is flat and too flexible to for brow use. I like the powder but not the wand at all so I usually just apply it with an angled liner brush.
The powder is quite pigmented and the wand works much better for using it as eyeliner for soft definition. I even use it as eyeshadow to define my crease. The powder is blendable!
Covergirl Bombshell Eyebrow Powder and Liner is a decent product. The powder works well as brow powder, liner, or eyeshadow but the wand kind of sucks for brow use. It loses points for that!
