Covergirl describes Full Lash Bloom as a “full lash look that’s soft to the touch”. I wouldn’t say it’s totally a full look mascara but the mousse formula does leave my lashes soft. It doesn’t even fall-out throughout the day.

Covergirl Full Lash Bloom is non-clumping and works very well at separating the lashes and adding volume. It takes a few coats to really get any kind of length.
Actually, one coat of the mascara is not enough. I find myself adding two or three coats before really liking the look of this mascara.

If you’re not looking for length and just want some volume, Covergirl Full Lash Bloom is a decent mascara. If length if what you want/need, you’ll need to skip this mascara
