I wish I could even remotely like Covergirl Intensify Me Liquid Eyeliner but I can’t get over the paddle brush. More on that later…

Covergirl describes Intensify Me as having the control of a pencil with the intensity of a liquid eyeliner.

The black formula isn’t as intense as I would have liked it, and although it does apply smoothly and dries down quickly, the liner doesn’t last all day. Not that it smudges or flakes off, it just kind of fades throughout the day.

About the paddle brush applicator….

The flat side (top pic) is meant to create thick, dramatic lines, while the narrow side (bottom pic) is to create thinner, more elegant lines.

The truth is, you can create thick or thin lines with the tapered, felt tip that comes with most liquid eyeliners. This paddle brush is a total gimmick and, quite frankly, more difficult to use than a regular applicator.

I could have worked with the formula of Covergirl Intensify Me but it’s way too much effort with the paddle brush. A complete miss for Covergirl, in my opinion.
