Sephora describes it as a “precision, accentuating black liquid eyeliner”. Unfortunately, Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner is only available in black at Sephora.
This liquid liner is formulated without:

I actually really love this eyeliner. This pen-like product is so easy to use! You can easily create thin lines, thick lines, even dots.
The black is very opaque, just one swipe and you have a true black line. No smudging, no flaking, no fading. Once it dries, it’s on until you decide to remove it, which comes off easily with makeup remover.
What I like most about the Eyeko Skinny Liquid Eyeliner is the felt tip. It’s almost perfect. The tip is just a little too stiff but the color doesn’t bleed through. It’s really easy to get a perfect line for your cat eye.
