Too Faced Melted Lipsticks remind me of OCC Lip Tars. Too Faced Melted, like OCC Lip Tars, are intensely saturated lip colors with a gloss finish, staying power of a stain, and pigmented like an opaque lipstick.
The different between Too Faced Melted and the OCC Lip Tars I own is the precision tip applicator.

Melted Fig is a rosy-orchid shade. It’s super bold, long wearing, and doesn’t even require a lip liner to prevent bleeding.

I love that they’re non-sticky and non-drying. It wears comfortably for at least 6 hrs, that’s almost an entire work day. I put on a clear balm when my lips start feeling dry.

If I had to choose between Too Faced Melted and OCC Lip Tars, I still would probably choose Lip Tars because you can mix and match them, and I find them to be a bit longer lasting but for every day use, Too Faced Melted are still a great choice.
