I got my hands on three of these babies around Valentine’s Day. (I know… I’m late to the party… AGAIN!)

Lise Watier Baiser Velours are liquid lipsticks, not glosses. The texture is thick and creamy but the formula is very lightweight. These apply very opaque and smooth with a matte finish. The beauty of Baiser Velours is that they are long lasting, and they don’t bleed!
The applicator is flat on both sides, exactly like lip gloss applicators, and really easy to use.
