I bought this palette last year before I went to Sicily and have been loving it ever since. It’s even made it’s way into my pro makeup kit.
Stila released 4 Eyes Are the Window palettes for Fall 2014: Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul
This luxurious ‘Mind’ palette contains 12 completely matte shades.

From left to right, starting with the top row:
- Brilliance- cool, light beige
- Instinct- cool, medium grey
- Reason- matte black
- Imagination- cool, light pink
- Observation- medium greyish- purple (kind of taupe)
- Thinker- dark purple
- Genius- warm beige
- Wit- medium brown
- Creativity- dark brown
- Understanding- warm, light mauve
- Perception- warm, burnt orange
- Intellect- dark mauve
The first two rows lean a little cool while the bottom two rows are warmer -toned making it versatile for all skin tones.
My skin was pretty dark when I swatched these but you can see how pigmented each shade is. This was just one swipe of the finger but they’re very buildable, too.
These shadows can be worn wet or dry, with or without primer. I’ve only used them dry, without powder and they don’t crease or fade. I’d say they’re pretty long lasting.
The palette is study but slim and contains a mirror in the top lid. The eyeshadow pans are fairly large.
Stila Eyes Are the Window palettes are great for traveling. ‘Mind’ is the only palette/eyeshadows I took with me to Sicily back in September.

Oh! and each palette comes with a lookbook. I can’t remember what I did with mine, though…
