Here’s a fun little tag I found on Canadian Fashionista!
I’ve never added up how much my daily makeup use costs me, but here goes nothing! (This is based off of what I’m wearing on my face today):
- L’Oreal True Match foundation– $21.99 (bought on sale for $10.99)
- Benefit Boi-ing concealer– $26
- Vasanti Cosmetics Brazilian Bronzer– $25 (received as a gift from the Vasanti Cosmetics Red Carpet event in June 2012)
- Vasanti Cosmetics Sun Peached Glow Blush– $25 (sent for review and consideration)
- Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Paparazzi Pink– $6.97 (bought at a sale for 4 for $10)
- Vasanti Cosmetics Lip Gloss in Kara Sea– $15 (received as a gift from the Vasanti Cosmetics Red Carpet event in June 2012)
- MAC Fix+ – $22.50
If I had paid full price for each product, my total would be $142.46. That’s a HUGE number!
My real total is $61.99. That’s a difference of $80.47!
I’m not wearing any mascara because I have lash extensions that would have cost me $150 but I had this done with a new LASHionista with Flirt Custom Lash– Katie. Thus, I lent her my face for a few hours as she practiced her technique on my eye lashes.
I keep my look natural at work, wearing little to no eye makeup. Had I done a weekend face, I’m sure I could double my total easy!
