I made another NYE tutorial because my girlfriend loves royal blue. I created this look for her but I hope you enjoy it, too :)

This look is simple. I used a Poe Blue out of the Kat Von D Tattoo Chronicles palette vol 1. all over my lid. I used Baudelaire out of the same palette in my crease and down into my inner corner. I used a color that match my skin tone for my brow bone and to blend out any harsh lines.
I used L’Oreal Lineur Intense Felt Tip eyeliner in black, close to my lash line. I used Gosh Extreme Art Eyeliner in #14 right above my black eyeliner. On the lower lash line, I used the black liquid eyeliner 1/2 way across the lower lash line and I extended it past my outer corner. I filled in the space between the two black eyeliners on the outer corner with the Gosh Extreme Art Eyeliner.
My mascara is Femme Couture Monster Lash.

I am wearing a mixture of 3 products on my lips. NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk as a base, NYX black label lipstick in Strawberry Milk and 2nd Love Cosmetics lipstick in Bubblegum.

My blush is MAC Ombre Blush in Vintage Grape.
