Behind your lens, your eyes appear bigger. You can use darker shadows to reduce their size or by using a black liner on your upper or lower water line (I don’t recommend lining both water lines)

Your frame also play a big roll in your eye makeup. If you’ve got heavy, statement frames than opt for a more natural eye with a pop of color on your lips. If your frames are light or rimless, you can definitely add more drama to your eyes.
