This is prize 3 of 3 that I won from Make Up By Tess’  first giveaway.
This is yet another L’Oreal product I could not be more impressed with.

Here’s why:

• The formula of this liner is creamy, almost gel-like;
• It glides on smoothly;
• Once it dries, it is smudgeproof;
• It’s long wear (I’ve tested up to 9hrs, L’Oreal claims 16);
• Extremely pigmented;
• Pencil is easy to sharpen;
• and, it can be used as a base for eyeshadow.

The one con I found is that although it may be easy to sharpen, you will have to sharpen it frequently because it becomes dull due to how creamy it is.

If you are looking for a true black eyeliner, this should be your go-to! The bonus? It’s super affordable!
