I wasn’t really planning on buying anything from this collection until I realized I could use my PRO discount. The main item I wanted from this collection was the Lustre Drops but I wasn’t about to pay shipping for that sole product so I bought RiRi Boy, too.

RiRi Boy is kind of a let down because it’s exactly the same shade of purple of Up The Amp, the only difference is the finish. RiRiBoy is matte while Up The Amp is an amplified finish. Don’t believe me? Check out the swatches, side by side, below.

Thank goodness Barbados Girl was a little more promising… Okay,  a lot  more promising. I’m absolutely in love with this Lustre Drop!

Lustre Drops are described as “a water-based bronzer that applies like liquid sun with added pearlized lustre”  In layman terms, it’s basically a sheer, liquid highlighter.

Barbados Girl is a frosty rose gold bronzer. It sheers out with ease, leaving a coppery shimmer behind.  I find the consistency to be thinner than MAC Liquid Strobe Lotion and because of it’s thin texture, it’s easy to mix into foundation, moisturizer, or to use on it’s own. I use is a highlight and dab it out with my fingers.
